Text Box: Mount Olive Lutheran Church offers a wide range of ministries and fellowship activities for people from all walks of life. These include small groups, called CARE Cells, that meet for fellowship and Bible study; Moses

Text Box: Club for seniors; Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML) for the ladies of the church; Craft and Scrapbooking Nights; fellowship potluck dinners; and many others. We also offer many ways for you to grow in the Lord and serve Him. Whether you’d like to sing in the choir, help with Sunday School, greet worshippers each Sunday, play your instrument with the contemporary praise team, serve as an usher, help out in the church office, deliver baskets of food to needy families, volunteer with the Early Childhood Center—whatever your unique gifts and talents, God has a place for you at Mount Olive! Children also have a special place at Mount Olive. One of our goals is to empower families to nurture the faith in the home. To help families do just that, we offer: ¨ Nursery care during worship services ¨ Intergenerational Sunday School—come and learn as a whole family! ¨ Kingdom Quest Sunday School—for age 3 through grade 6! ¨ Adult Bible Studies -- So that parents can be in the Word while children are in Sunday School ¨ Family fellowship events once a season, where people of all ages come together to have fun and learn more about Jesus. Events we’ve had include Apple Fall FunFest, F.R.O.G. Night (Fully Rely on God), Family-Fun-in-the-Snow Day, and Family Spring Fling. We also have a very active Youth Ministry, which includes these groups: ¨ tHis (totally His) is for 9th-12th graders and meets most Sunday evenings ¨ tHat (trusting He’s always there) is for 6th-8th graders and meets most Sunday afternoons ¨ Jesus Club is for children in preschool through 5th grade and meets Wednesdays at 6 p.m. during the school year.
